TOUCH is Here for You During the COVID-19 Crisis

To Our Members:

During the crisis our dedicated staff is providing medical case management and client assistance from their homes over the phone and online.

Our food pantry is open five days a week and we’re scheduling food deliveries, no contact food pickups and providing remote nutritional counseling.

VACCINE INFO: For more information about whether or not you’re eligible for a vaccine, or to make an appointment, call Rockland County’s COVID-19 Call Center at 845-238-1956 Monday-Friday (Except Holidays) from 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Or email

New York State’s COVID-19 24-hour Hotline can be reached at 1-888-364-3065

To Our Community:

TOUCH is providing emergency food and is the lead contact agency for Rockland Community Against Hunger. We’re distributing food to local pantries and working with government agencies, other non-profits and volunteers to practice social distancing and help get food to those who need it. If you or someone you know needs emergency food, please visit or email

To Our Volunteers, Donors and All Who Want to Help:

To support social distancing, TOUCH is temporarily restricting volunteers from working inside our pantry or in our office. Our staff is doing extra work to pack and prepare food for all our members as well as emergency food for those in need. There are external volunteer opportunities available under strict social distancing guidelines. Contact Magda Durante at to learn more.

Donations are generally the best way to help support the cost of emergency food delivery and services for those with chronic illness who are particularly vulnerable now.

Please practice and promote social distancing but stay in touch online or over the phone to connect, get help if you need it or help others in need.

Together, we’ll get through this. #TogetherOurUnityCanHeal
