TOUCH CEO Named to HIV Planning Council of New York

Congrats to TOUCH Executive Director Julian Palmer on his appointment to the HIV Health and Human Services Planning Council of New York. The Council oversees over $90 million in annual Ryan White grants and programs; their mission is to ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS in the New York metro area have access to the quality services they need. Julian will serve on the Council’s Executive Committee and Co-chair the Council’s Tri-County regional steering committee for Rockland, Westchester and Putnam Counties.
